In our material processing, for example, scrap profiles or return profiles are added back to the production cycle. The profiles are shredded and ground and the resulting granulate is used again for new profiles.
This not only saves resources, but also protects the environment and reduces the purchase of raw materials. In this way, profiles can be produced from virgin material or from up to 100 % regenerated material. Another advantage for our customers: We can take back and recycle waste pieces – so disposal is not at the expense of our customers.
