The tooling for extrusion lines is the fundamental factor in ensuring a successful workflow so that steel and plastic harmonise with each other.
Precision must be maintained in continuous operation, while construction times must be very short. In both areas, you can rely on our more than 40 years of experience.
Before we send our tools out into the hard daily life, they have to go through a thorough check. Only when the extrusion tools have passed every test – we check for user-friendliness, dimensional accuracy of the profiles, surface quality and much more – do we give them the go-ahead.

With the delivery of a tool or a production, the second important phase of project support begins for us. In this second phase, our experts are always at your side to address your wishes and, if you wish, your criticism with the utmost empathy. After all, individual service and long-term cooperation at all levels are the basis for your success as well as ours.

From the idea, to the concept, to the finished tool, to the finished plastic profile.

The customer drawing of the profile or the sample profile is the basis for our drawing of the tool set including nozzle, calibration and necessary additional components.

After approval of the drawing, we manufacture the components of the tool.

Running in the tool set on the production machine. Any optimisation points are thus detected and corrected in the tool shop.

Now the initial samples of the profile are created. All points are documented with an initial sample test report. After approval, series production begins.
